What the planner stores
The calculator runs in your browser. The application does not upload your project names, instructions, imported files or row progress. It has no account system, advertising code, analytics script or marketing email collection.
If storage is available, it saves the current workspace in localStorage under row-and-repeat.workspace.v1. That includes your last generated plan, valid draft edits, display mode and completed rows. Browser storage is local to this browser and site address; it is not a cloud backup.
Copies and removal
Save a copy downloads a JSON project file. Open project reads the file on your device. You decide whether to send that downloaded file to another device or person.
Use Manage saved project at the bottom of the planner, then Remove saved browser project, to remove its local saved copy. Your on-screen work remains open and automatic saving resumes after your next edit. Clearing site data in browser settings also removes the saved workspace. Delete downloaded files separately.
Hosting requests
The website is hosted by Cloudflare. As with ordinary websites, the hosting service receives technical request information such as the requested address and your IP address. Hosting logs and any platform services are separate from the planner’s project storage. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for the provider’s practices.
Contact by email
For feedback or a privacy question, email thefuture.bybeek@gmail.com. Clicking the link opens your email application; it does not send a message automatically. If you send a message, your sender address and the information you choose to include are received through Gmail and used to respond to your enquiry. Email is separate from the planner’s local project storage.
Future changes
If advertising, analytics, a feedback form or cloud accounts are added, this information and any required consent controls must be updated before those features are enabled. They are not part of this release.
